I'm very disappointed if this is true. Matt Gonzalez told me in early 2007 that he
was helping to recruit Cynthia McKinney as the Green Party nominee for president.

Sometimes you have to think outside of the box, which the Democrats have failed to
do by continually supporting the war in Iraq, while claiming to be against it and
for supporting the outrageous Patriot Act. Unless the Left challenges them to do
better, they will continue to support corporations just the way the Republicans
do. How could the Senate give immunity to telecom corporations for illegal
wiretapping with out the Democrats' support?
Nader did not cause the war--the American people's ignorance in voting for Bush is
why Bush got elected. Gore's unwillingness to take a real stand to Bush when the
election was contested didn't help. If people had protested nation-wide there
would have been no war. Instead, people listened to the B.S. from Washington.
Even after Michael Moore's documentary that was widely viewed, people were still
unwilling to see how ridiculous it was to vote for Bush again. Nader, like Matt,
is trying to get out the TRUTH. The Democrats are lack the spine and integrity to
do so.
