PAYMENT POLICIES
All ads must be pre-paid by noon Monday untilcredit is established. Pre-paid ads include newand out-of-county customers, concert andpolitical promotions. Incorporated nonprofitorganizations with tax ID number are eligiblefor our 13x rate. Rates are commissionable fromour gross rates for accredited advertising agen-cies. Ad rates are subject to adjustment 30 daysafter notice of a rate change. Terms: net 10 daysfor advertisers with approved credit.
COLOR CHARGES
Charges are: four-color $299, two-color $199,one color (cyan, yellow, or magenta) $99.Color is available only on certain pages andguaranteed page placement cannot be assureduntil the Friday preceeding any issue.
ADVERTISING DESIGN
Most ads can be designed and produced withinone hour at no charge to the advertiser. Thereis a $50 charge per hour for ads that requireadditional work.
ELECTRONIC AD SUBMISSION
Monterey County Weekly
utilizes leading edgetechnology in all aspects of publishing includingdigital file transfers and gladly acceptselectronically submitted ads from clients andagencies. The
