Terms and Conditions

1. This marketing program (Program) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (SBICPSL) under an arrangement with
Jasper Pvt. Ltd. It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (Cardholder) and to whom a
communication is sent by SBICPSL.
2. Under this program, cardholder can avail 10% Cashback on online purchases made using SBI Card on snapdeal.com during the
offer period.
3. Maximum Cashback of Rs.1000 per transaction.
4. Minimum transaction size to be eligible for Cashback: Rs 2000
5. The Validity of the Offer is April. 26th till May 5th, 2014 (Both days included), unless extended by SBI and Jasper Pvt. Ltd
6. Cashback will be credited back to the Card account by 20th June 2014.
7. Offer applicable on all categories and all sellers except 'Gold coins and bars'
8. To avail the Cashback, customers have to pay in-full with their SBI Credit Card. Customers paying in part by SD cash will not be
eligible
9. Cashback is applicable over and above any promo code promotions running on the website
10. Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer
11. In the event sub-orders are cancelled or returned, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount while checking
eligibility of Cashback
12. All SBI Cardholders with no outstanding of more than 30 days are covered under this Programme.
13. Cashback amount will be directly credited to the customer's account by SBICPSL
14. Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card
member agreement with the Card issuer.
15. By placing an order, the customer accepts all terms and conditions specified on Snapdeal.com
16. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of
Delhi only.
17. SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining
to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Jasper Pvt. Ltd.
18. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are
representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible
towards the same.
19. Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective participating merchant site of Jasper Pvt. Ltd and
accordingly SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
20. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Jasper
Pvt. Ltd
21. SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Jasper Pvt.
Ltd on its products and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Jasper Pvt. Ltd and without reference to SBICPSL.
22. All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the
respective Programs were offered.
23. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by both the Parties with mutual
consultations for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a
dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
24. SBICPSL/ Jasper Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time
with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
25. Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made
purely on a best effort basis.

26. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 30th Jun, 2014. Post such date, SBICPSL will not entertain any
correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any persons.
