Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law (FOIL, Public Officers Law Art.
6), I am requesting copies of the following public records regarding The Town of New
Castle:

All records of communication between any department or official in the Town of
New Castle, including, but not limited to, Supervisor Greenstein and the Town
Assessor, and the Westchester County Executives office, County Executive Rob
Astorino, or the Astorino for Governor campaign and its employees and
consultants from the period covering November 01, 2013 to June 28, 2014.

If my request fails to reasonably describe the records, please contact me at this email or

If there are any fees for copying the records requested, please supply the records without
informing me if the fees are not in excess of $50.

If you take the position that the above-described public records are not open to public
inspection under the Freedom of Information Law, please explain the basis for your
position and identify any statute, rule of law or other authority upon which you rely.

If some records will not be immediately available, please provide a response to portions
of this request as they become available.

If the records contain exempt information, please redact that information and release the
non-exempt portions.
