If you haven’t owned a home in the past three years or are a first time homebuyer you could be eligiblefor up to $8,000 in tax credits. The bad news… it all ends November 30th at midnight. If the buyerdoesn’t close by November 30, 2009 midnight, the tax credit will not be available. While there are alot of people talking about the possibility of an extension, I have no reason to believe that the govern-ment will actually extend this. If you are a first time home buyer or you know someone who has been thinking about taking advantage of this, time is rapidly running out.
