PAYMENT POLICIES
All ads must be pre-paid by noon Monday untilcredit is established. Pre-paid ads include newand out-of-county customers, concert andpolitical promotions. Incorporated nonprofitorganizations with tax ID number are eligiblefor our 13x rate. Rates are commissionable fromour gross rates for accredited advertisingagencies. Ad rates are subject to adjustment 30days after notice of a rate change. Terms: net 10days for advertisers with approved credit.
COLOR CHARGES
Charges are: four-color $299, two-color $199,one color (cyan, yellow, or magenta) $99.Color is available only on certain pages andguaranteed page placement cannot be assureduntil the Friday preceeding any issue.
ADVERTISING DESIGN
Most ads can be designed and producedwithin one hour at no charge to the advertiser.There is a $50 charge per hour for ads thatrequire additional work.

utilizes leadingedge technology in all aspects of publishingincluding digital file transfers and gladly acceptselectronically submitted ads from clients andagencies. The
