. It establishes the minimum Air Force standards for training and quali-fying personnel performing duties in the F-16 A/B/C/D. Selected paragraphs of this publication do notapply to all Air Force units. When an exception exists to the requirements of a paragraph, the exceptionis indicated in a parenthetical within the paragraph, or by using subparagraphs directed at specific units.MAJCOMs/DRUs/FOAs are to forward proposed MAJCOM/DRU/FOA-level supplements to this vol-ume to HQ USAF/XOOT, through HQ ACC/DOTO, for approval prior to publication IAW AFPD 11-2,paragraph
4.2.
Copies of MAJCOM/DRU/FOA-level supplements, after approved and published, will beprovided by the issuing MAJCOM/DRU/FOA to HQ USAF/XOOT, HQ ACC/DOTO, and the user MAJ-COM/DRU/FOA and NGB offices of primary responsibility. Field units below MAJCOM/DRU/FOAlevel will forward copies of their supplements to this publication to their parent MAJCOM/DRU/FOAoffice of primary responsibility for post publication review.
