I am so thankful and grateful for all my family and
friends who were so kind to me when I had my knee
replacement and while I was in Humboldt Hospital, for
the owers, gifts, cards, calls and visits and after I got
home, the food, and the ones who ran errands or got me
to appointments and did special jobs for me. Thanks to
Pastor Luers and Christy for your visits and calls. Dale
and Kathy, what would I have done without you getting
me to the Humboldt Hospital from the Clarion Hospital
and home from the Humboldt Hospital and all the special
things you did for me? A special thank you to my family
for coming for my 89th birthday on Easter Sunday to visit
and eat dinner in the hospital cafeteria. Becky couldnt be
here after the rst two days in Clarion because she was
driving to Omaha from Sioux City every week day for ra-
diation for an inoperable tumor until this past week. Keep
her in your prayers as she now starts chemotherapy.
