A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARRABELLE

ESTABLISHING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REGARDING CITY PERSONNEL;
PROVIDING FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
FINDINGS:
WHEREAS, the City of Carrabelle is a Florida Municipality duly incorporated, with all the
rights and powers as provided in s !"b#, Art $%%% of the State Constitution&
WHEREAS, the City of Carrabelle has in place a docu'ent entitled (ersonnel (olicy for
E'ployees of the City of Carrabelle, Florida ")(ersonnel (olicy*# +he (ersonnel (olicy current
in place was adopted by the City in !,-- and replaced all prior (ersonnel (olicies, Rules and
Regulations, .rdinances, resolutions and a'end'ents or changes thereto, previously published or
adopted&
WHEREAS, the City has held a wor/shop for the purpose of discussing a'end'ents to
the e0isting (ersonnel (olicy and wishes to 'a/e changes to the e0isting (ersonnel (olicy&
+HEREF.RE, be it resolved by the City Co''ission, City of Carrabelle, Florida that 1

consistent City ad'inistration
