middle-class, working-class and poor people in New York State by advancing the equitable
division of public and social goods. promoting an honest democratic process and increasing the
efficiency and equality in governance. Nothing herein shall authorize the Corporation, directly
or indirectly, to engage in or include among its purposes, any of the activities mentioned in Not-
For-Profit Corporation Law, Section 404(b)-(u) or Social Service Law Section 460-a.

FOURTH: The corporation shall be a Type B corporation pursuant to Section201 of the

Not-for-Profit Corporation Law.

FIFTH: The corporation's office is to be located in Kings County, State of New York.
