COTCA: Good morning, Your Honor, Ramona Cotca for  Judicial Watch, and Paul Orfanedes, also at counsel table.  THE COURT: Good morning to you both. MR. KLIMAS: Good morning, Your Honor, Jeff Klimas for the defendant Internal Revenue Service. With me at counsel table is Carmen Banerjee, also with the Department of Justice, Tax Division.  THE COURT: Good morning to you both. Let me hear fromplaintiff's counsel. You asked for a status hearing, so tell me why you wanted it. MS. COTCA: Certainly, Your Honor. The reason that we submitted this motion is because we were alarmed in the recent weeks to find out -- this is a FOIA litigation, as you know -- to find out that a substantial number of the records that were requested as part of this lawsuit have apparently gone missing.
