Narrative
 The above listed subject was taken into custody by Patrols after he was observed exiting a business located on Market Street. He was arraigned by Village Justice Pignone and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correction Facility on $1,095 cash bail/$10,000 bond. 0001 Patrols responded to check the welfare of a resident on Main Street. 0032 Patrols observed subjects involved in an altercation at a business on Market Street. 0050 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Main Street. Tickets issued. 0221 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Sandstone Drive. A verbal warning was issued. 0540 Patrols observed a subject lying in a yard on Elm Street. Subject stated he was sleeping and returned to his residence after speaking with patrols.
