,ommy 6#% 4125 )his beer comes from a 1+14 recipe. *hile it is true that
6ndian %ale -les were ori(inall brewed to send out to our troops stationed
abroad3 it is a common falsehood that these self same beers were hi(h in
alcohol. )he were merel well hopped as the hops themselves were both
mildl medicinal and more importantl3 a preservative.

'ondon?s Cafair attended b leadin( chefs and sommeliers ,ourpure was
voted the best beer and rewarded with re(ular stockin( status on their menu.

handed filtration. )his is the nearest of the 43 es3 ,45= breweries now
operatin( in *andsworth since the demise of the :oun(?s brewer. 1ach
captivatin( the spirit and tradition of brewin( in this 'ondon borou(h. 91:

Battersea 6#% 9125 0ark amber in colour. 8aramel and fruit palate. 2ot as
hopp as ou would assume.

beer. 8onsiderabl better than other =e offerin(s from other brewers.
Lavender .ill 4145 %ale ale brewed with the addition of blossom hone
and a new ,rench hop from the -lsace re(ion which is a cross between
7trisselspalt and 8hallen(er. ;ives the beer a (entle oran(e blossom aroma.
Junction 4145 7oft fruit and fi(s on the nose of this well balanced best
bitter. 7weet dr almost toffee aftertaste.
Barley &ine ;o14 (125 ,or me the best beer here at the festival. -t last a
traditional barle wine stle beer as opposed to all the headban(er 6%-?s.
=arel available as a cask version. )his is the last cask. 7avour the flavourA

Baracana 4105 - collaboration with top $ra<ilian craft brewers and
available both here and at a $ra<ilian festival simultaneousl where it is
called @*embleB. - li(ht (olden but e/ceptionall fruit beer made with
;uava fruit. &i(hl recommended.
!e7u>li-a La$er 41(5 )his is the first la(er to come from the *indsor D
1ton brewer. 5sin( 7aa< hops3 8<ech east and %ilsner malt. ,ermented for
two weeks before @la(erin(B for a further K weeks. )his is =1-' la(er
properl produced and as 6 life lon( bitter drinker 6 have no problem with
this e/cellent pint. :ou must tr some before ou leave this festival. Loin the

Eohinoor 4145 4ri(inall brewed for the Lubilee and made usin( ji((er
su(ar3 jasmine petals and corriander
