To the Membership:

Due to the many erroneous reports and unofficial conflicting versions that are being
quoted by various entities, I wish to state that the status quo of the LULAC
Presidency remains and is in a status quo pending legal clarification.

This is not the result that anyone who truly serves the League desired! It is
unfortunate that a few individuals who have a history of undermining LULAC have
now found a new lease on misinformation dissemination.

In the short term, be assured that the integrity of the League will be maintained. To
the vast majority who have supported the Leagues objectives and Mission my
heartfelt appreciation.
