END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

Before installing or using this software (hereinafter referred to as IPOT). When y
ou install or use this IPOT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.
In the event of you do not agree or accept these terms, please promptly cease a
ll further installation or use of this IPOT.
It is agreed that certain restrictions under this license apply only to IPOT or,
as the case may be, to all related components hereto.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENCE
THE IPOT is protected by national copyright laws and international copyright tre
aties, as well as other Intellectual Property Laws and Treaties. The IPOT is li
censed to PT Indo Premier Securities (hereinafter referred to Indo Premier Securi
ties) and Indo Premier Securities grants you (hereinafter referred to as the LICEN
SEE) a non-exclusive license to use this IPOT and view the documentation or data
herein with non-transferable condition and does not grant LICENSEE any rights to
patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether registered
or unregistered), or any rights, functions or licenses in respect of the IPOT.
PERIOD OF USE
Indo Premier Securities grants LICENSEE to solely use IPOT in extendable limited
-period and at any time, LICENSEE intends to terminate this Agreement, the LICEN
SEE may sign out/unsubscribe from IPOT and no longer permit to use any data or i
nformation therein without prior notice from Indo Premier Securities.
TERMINATION
This agreement terminates, the LICENSEE loses all rights licensed, and the LICEN
SEE must stop using the IPOT if LICENSEE
(a)violate the terms of this agreement or
(b)the LICENSEE do not pay the brokerage fee and another fee occurred determined
by Indo Premier Securities.
LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES. THIS IPOT IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITH
ER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON INFRINGEMENT. THE EN
TIRE RISKS ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE IPOT REMAINS WITH USER.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
NEITHER Indo Premier Securities NOR ANYONE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION
OR DELIVERY OF THIS IPOT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCI
DENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE IPOT EVEN IF Indo Prem
ier Securities HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. IN
NO EVENT SHALL Indo Premier Securities LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS DERIVE
D FROM IPOT. THE LICENSEE USING IPOT MUST BEAR ALL RISKS AS TO THE QUALITY AND P
ERFORMANCE AND ANY RESULT APPEARED FROM THIS IPOT.
SECURITY
Indo Premier Securities is only entitled to use private information of LICENSEE
for management purposes and has no other purpose including disclosing such infor
mation in public, except Indo Premier Securities receives legal permit over suc
h purpose thereof from the User or authorized body so IPOT guarantees the securi
ty of any private information of LICENSEE.
LICENSEE RESPONSIBILITY
(a)LICENSEE is responsible for maintaining his secrecy of ID, password, and PIN
and not permitted to deliver or transfer or disclose the ID, password, and PIN w
ithout legitimate consent from Indo Premier Securities.
(b)LICENSEE is responsible for any damage, claim, loss, suit derived from such a
ction as set out in section (a) above.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Agreement shall be governed and construed by the Laws of Republic of Indone
sia. Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising
out or related to this Agreement shall be brought only in Central Jakarta Distr
ict Court, INDONESIA. The Parties (either Indo Premier Securities or USER) hereb
y agree to the elected jurisdiction.
