Narrative The listed suspect was observed traveling at a high rate of speed, westbound on
Maple Street. Patrol initiated a traffic stop and further investigation revealed that
the suspect was operating an unregistered motor vehicle. The suspect was issued a
verbal warning for the speed and was issued a traffic ticket for the unregistered
motor vehicle.
