I represent the New York City District Council of Carpenters Welfare Fund
Defendants in the above-referenced case, and I write on behalf of all parties to report on
the status of this matter pursuant to the Court's June 30, 2014 direction to do so by
today.
The parties have reached a settlement of this matter in its entirety, and
copies of the settlement agreements are being circulated for signature by the several
parties, Plaintiffs, Defendants and Defendant-Intervenor. Upon the execution of the
agreements by all parties, which is expected soon, a stipulation of dismissal will be filed
with the Court, forthwith.
