PUBLIC NOTICE FROM THE OFFICE OF MILITARY SETTLEMENT to all PUBLIC
OFFICERS and EMPLOYEES, heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and
other persons who may have standing in the administration of PUBLIC FRANCHISES or
underlying ESTATES, or both.
KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, the Office of Military Settlement is established
March 28th 2014 A.D by the Authority of the 2010 NKRI Treaty of June 14th 2010 A.D.,
authorized SWISS INDO Holding Assets, and Royal, H.M. Mr. A1.
Sino.AS.S2.IR.SOEGIHARTONOTONEGORO.ST. Royal K.681 King of Kings M1-
M9.
The NKRI International Treaty was signed in Indonesia by:
H.M. Mr. A1. Sino;
H.E. Ban Ki Moon (Secretary-General of the United Nations);
H.M. Queen Elizabeth II (The British Royal Family)
H.E Pres. Hisashi Owada (The President of the International Court of Justice),
H.E. Pres. Song Sang-Hyun (President International Criminal Court)
H.E. Man. Dir. Dominique S. Kahn (Managing director of the International Monetary
Fund),
H.E. Vice Pres. Lars Thunel (International Finance Corp., Executive Vice President and
Chief Executive Officer),
H.E. Ch. Ben Bernanke (chairman of the Federal Reserve, the central bank of the United
States),
H.E. Pres. Robert Zoellick (President of the World Bank),
H.H. Pope Benedict XVI, H.E. Sec.
H.E. Sec. Timothy Geithner (U.S. Treasury Secretary)
H.E. Sec. Gen. Peter Dittus (Secretary General of the Bank for International Settlements).
The Office of Military Settlement has been created to provide consolidation of the public
administration of all Public Franchises and underlying Estates worldwide (253 Nations)
by and through the SWISS INDO AB Human Obligation Program;
The Office of Military Settlement shall:
Promulgate rules necessary for funding of the Office
Discover and consolidate the value of these Estates;
Establish procedures for settlement
Receive claims against the Estates
Discharge, settle and close all verified claims, debts and / or liabilities against the Estates
The steward of this Office is given by Power Attorney of Attorney with respect to
Property Deeds and all lineal and ancestral Estates worldwide and has been given the
directive by The Certification Operation ALFA OMEGA A.A.A FM 001 777
principle UBS UNPRI for responsible Investment Right Agreement And Wire
Transfer Agreement to PAYMENT 1-11 The World Bank Group to protect the World
Peoples of 253 countries in all location the big five continent.
The Office of Military Settlement is now the sole Administrator of the Public Franchises,
and underlying Estates, and sole forum for due process administration of Chancery and
Equity claims settlement.

SETTLOR and holder of all corporate seals pertaining to the UNITED STATES and all
corporate sub-divisions thereof. UN-GENERAL DERYL ZELENY is duly appointed as
TOP PRESIDENT J OINT STAFF DIRECTOR UN-SWISSINDO MULTINATIONAL
by issuance of POWER ATTORNEY OF ATTORNEY Full Power, Certification
ASBLP-0333902-2010 and is charged with the authority to administer the discharge,
settlement and closure of all claims against the PUBLIC FRANCHISES or underlying
ESTATES, with rescission of all prior wills and codicils.

All PUBLIC OFFICERS and EMPLOYEES, heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent
creditors, and / or persons who may have standing and / or capacity in the administration
of PUBLIC FRANCHISES and / or underlying ESTATES, demand is hereby made for a
complete and accurate accounting disclosure of said PUBLIC FRANCHISES or
underlying ESTATES. A claim form may be obtained from the website for the Office of
Military Settlement at: <http://www.ungse.org/oms.html/>. For your protection, you are
encouraged to send your claim by certified mail, with return receipt requested.

A HEARING and TREATY EVENT will be held on J une 6
th
, 2014 A.D. at 8:00 a.m. at a
location to be provided to those who timely file a valid and verified claim no later than
five (5) days prior to the TREATY EVENT (location T.B.A.).

IF YOU OBJ ECT to the authority of the Office of Military Settlement to discharge, settle
and close all such claims, you should appear at the hearing and state your objections or
send written objections to the Office of Military Settlement by J une 1, 2014. Your
appearance may be in writing or through a bona fide representative.

IF YOU ARE A CREDITOR or a contingent creditor of the PUBLIC FRANCHISES or
underlying ESTATES, you must file your claim with the Office of Military Settlements
by mailing a verified copy of the claim(s) to the Office of Military Settlement in care of:
PO BOX 253, Upland, California, all such claims must be received in this office by J une
1, 2014 A.D.A claim form may be obtained from the website for the Office of Military
Settlement at: <http://www.ungse.org/oms.html/>. Claims will be settled within 120 days
of receipt. For your protection, you are encouraged to send your claim by certified mail,
with return receipt requested.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ACTIVATION OF THE
OFFICE OF MILITARY SETTLEMENT

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS DO, MAY OR SHALL APPLY OR CONCERN:


WHEREAS, the DEED OF SETTLEMENT now available for examination at:
www.ungse.org. The World Treaty Event signed on J une 14, 2010 at the UN Headquarters,
New York, U.S.A. empowers and authorizes the administration of the PUBLIC
FRANCHISES and underlying ESTATES to H.M. Mr.A1.Sino.AS.S"2".IR.
Soegihartonotonegoro.ST. and his authorized and appointed Officer(s); and,


WHEREAS, H.M. Mr.A1.Sino.AS.S"2".IR. Soegihartonotonegoro.ST. as SETTLOR and
holder of all corporate seals pertaining to the UNITED STATES and all corporate sub-
divisions thereof, has appointed and empowered UN-GEN. DERYL ZELENY as TOP
PRESIDENT J OINT STAFF DIRECTOR UN-SWISSINDO MULTINATIONAL by issuance of
POWER ATTORNEY OF ATTORNEY Full Power, Certification ASBLP-0333902-2010; and,


WHEREAS, the said DEED OF SETTLEMENT and POWER ATTORNEY OF ATTORNEY
grant General ZELENY the standing, status and capacity to execute and administer the
discharge, settlement and closure of all claims and liabilities against the PUBLIC
FRANCHISES of said UNITED STATES and/or the underlying ESTATES thereof; and,


WHEREAS, The Office of Military Settlement is established for these purposes and is to be
administered and directed by General ZELENY, under authority of a DEED OF
SETTLEMENT and POWER ATTORNEY OF ATTORNEY; and,


WHEREAS, by order of General ZELENY, the underlying ESTATES shall be returned to
solvency by the settlement of the herein referenced public franchise liabilities, concomitant
with the rescission of all prior wills and codicils attached to said estates. Any presumptions
of abandonment of the lineal and ancestral estates of living men and women is here and
now refuted, unless complete evidence of requisite contractual nexus and complete
disclosure to all parties of interest are brought forward and entered into evidence with the
Office of Military Settlement for any and all relevant estates. Artifice of deceit or obfuscation
shall be given no quarter or credence as standing in law; and,

WHEREAS, settlement through action of PROBATE of the Global Estate has been initiated
with the opening of the Office of Military Settlement and applies to every individual, lineal
and ancestral estate bound by public policy to public funds (Bureau of Public Debt) as the
underwriters of all such liabilities, and the fact that by the above referenced treaty event the
holder of said liabilities, has herewith established the proper office for settlement of any and
all claims thereto; and,



THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:



A HEARING will be held on June 6, 2014 A.D. at 8:00 a.m. at a location provided to those
with valid and legitimate claims [TBA]. IF ANY PARTY OBJ ECTS OR HAS OBJ ECTION to
the authority of the Office of Military Settlement to discharge, settle and close all such
claims and liabilities, they should appear at the hearing and state such objections with
documented specificity or send written objections to the Office of Military Settlement no later
than J une 1, 2014. Such appearances may be in writing or through a bona fide
representative, and must be accompanied by proper identification of office and authority
along with documentary evidence supporting any claim or objection.


IF YOU ARE A CREDITOR or a contingent creditor of the PUBLIC FRANCHISES or
underlying ESTATES, you must file your claim with the Office of Military Settlements
by mailing a verified copy of the claim(s) to the Office of Military Settlement in care of
305 North Second Avenue #253, Upland, California no later than 5 days before the
hearing date of June 6, 2014 A.D. A claim form may be obtained from the website for the
Office of Military Settlement at www.ungse.org. For security and protection, all are
encouraged to send such claim(s) by registered/certified mail, with return receipt requested.


Any and all who hold administrative positions as public officers, agents, representatives or
commissioners, as well as all employees within any public administrative systems or
agencies with respect to the public administration of all Individual PUBLIC FRANCHISES
and DECEDENT ESTATES, are herewith DULY NOTICED of the establishment and
creation of the Office of Military Settlement for the purposes and upon the authorities as
herein described, which NOTICE shall apply to any and all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors,
contingent creditors, and other persons who may have claims and the standing to state
such claims in the administration against such public facilities or the underlying lineal or
ancestral ESTATES thereof.

Before taking certain very important actions, this courtesy notice is hereby given to all
potential claimants by the Office of Military Settlement. All actions of this Office as
promulgated pursuant to the establishment thereof are proceeding from this day forward
under the International flag of Peace and call for the settlement and cessation of all acts of
war. All controversies have been settled and closed at the highest levels by the High
Contracting Parties attending the above referenced treaty event as principal signatories
within and as their respective high offices; therefore, any continuation of hostilities or overt
acts of war or mixed war shall be held at the highest level of consequence against the
parties involved with such acts.


All public officers needing substantiation and verification of these facts must consult their
superiors for such. Ignorance of said facts shall not equate to presumptions of continuing
protections of limited liability.


With this Notice from the Office of Military Settlement demand is now made for a complete
and accurate accounting of said PUBLIC FRANCHISES and underlying ESTATES.
