The Court, having considered the Joint Motion to Dismiss without Prejudice, renders the

IT IS ORDERED that the claim filed by Jonathan P. Robicheaux, Derek Penton, Nadine
Blanchard, and Courtney Blanchard against the named defendants for violation of Full Faith and
Credit Clause of the United States Constitution is hereby dismissed from this action without
prejudice.
