OUR RULES & GUIDELINESTHE = The Handmade Expo1. All products offered for sale must be handmade. Packaging only is not sufficientinvolvement. Stallholders who value-add to a product must provide significant creative inputto the product and not just apply token additions. THE Co-ordinators decision is FINAL.

Unloading of cars is between 5:30am – 7:45am. All cars must be off site by 7:45am.
Parking is available at the front paddock...No parking is to take place on TL COONEYAVE...This is left for our wonderful customers. Pack up time is 2pm. We do not have to stoptrading at 2pm. If there are lots of customers, we can keep trading. You are more thanwelcome to pack your site up and move your items to your vehicle but NO cars are allowedon site while the general public is still inside or the OK has been given by THE Co-ordinators.
No early pack up will be permitted.
3. We encourage payment for each market 1 month in advance. This will give you thegreatest exposure with our promotional packages...attached.
4. Allocation of sites is done approx 1 week out from every market. THE decision is final. Wewill be allocating areas, not individual sites. All requests need to be placed on your bookingform. Please note that we do try and adhere to everyones request but it is not always possible.5. A full refund or transfer of payment to another market will be paid if THE is informed of non attendance at least 1 week before the market. If cancellation is made within the 7 days of the market being held, NO REFUND OR TRANSFER WILL BE GIVEN.6. Copying the ideas and work of other stallholders may be in breach of creative copyrightand is not in the spirit of the market. Any grievances need to be directed specifically to therelevant stallholders. THE takes no responsibility in determining copyright legality.7. Raffle tickets may not be sold unless pre approved by THE.9. Stallholders are responsible for leaving their site and surrounding area clean & tidy fromrubbish.10. Stallholders must confine their displays and signs to the stall site and keep pathways clearfor patrons as per insurance policy requirements.
11. Tents and covers must be secure or weighed down at all times. Tent pegs & ropes must notextend into pathways. We highly recommend and encourage a canopy. We do offer a hireservice. Even if you are undercover, we still highly recommend and encourage a canopy.Please advise at least 2 weeks prior to each market if you require the hire service. As you areaware, you will need to provide your own tables. If you would like to hire them, werecommend Denmans Party Hire. They will deliver them on the Friday before the market
