    asserted by Defendants;
    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff shall reduce the number of asserted claims to 8
    within one week after the Court issues its claim construction decision; and
    IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that each Defendant shall reduce the number of
    asserted gr art references to 5 per patent within two weeks of receiving Plaintiffs selection of
    8 claims.
