Not combining it at all . . .
It is really most optimal to eat only one food type at a time.
Then wait an hour.
However, I know that is not always physically possible or most desirable.
Food tastes good together. And there is nothing like eating a dessert after a meal

However, let me give you something to think about . . .

minimum.
Aaw desserts containing both nuts and fruit while tasty are not the best combination.

fruits and melons.

&as and bloating become a problem if eaten immediately after finishing a meal, i.e.
