On Friday December 15, 1995 Elizabeth J.

Kent committed perjury in federal proceedings for

various reasons, among them to assist her daughter the Lawyer Jane Mills, and to get me out of the
way and to unjustly enrich herself and her daughter after Her husband died. That is another story. The
perjury is displayed below in the court of the Honorable Avern Cohn. On Monday December 19, 1995,
the next business day after the perjury, Chase/First Chicago NBD/ NBD, supplied their answer to a
complaint filed by Elizabeth J. Kent, also see below the perjury. It is noted that this answer is filed over
60 (sixty) days after the original complaint was filed and no default motion was put forward which is
normally done after 30 days. This woman is disgusting.
It also appears that this woman spoke to the FBI over a year before the perjury (see below), so the FBI
and the AUSA knew this woman committed perjury and did not correct it and I assume that they did not
inform the District Judge Avern Cohn, before whom the perjury was committed. They are as disgusting
as Elizabeth J. Kent and her daughter Jane Mills.
