here was a tie In our evening Creative Sewing Club meeting.
Cookie DeLaurelle
, South Bend, won with her Four Patch Stacked Posies quilt. It’s a sim-plified version of a Stack ‘N’ Whack, but it sure looks impressive. And she quiltedit on her Handi Quilter, and did a great job with that, too. (If you live in our area,we have a class for this type quilt this session.)The other winner was
, Mishawaka, who made a beautiful appliqued witch wallhanging for her sis-ter. Our daytime meeting also had a tie!
Ann Littleton
, also of South Bend, madethis snowman quilt. She had embroidered centers, and the whole thing was puttogether with decorative stitches on her Baby Lock with the Cotton Theory tech-nique. Lots of stitching in this one!!
Nancy Wenstrand
from Sawyer, Michiganused her Viking Diamond to make her lucky granddaughter this embroideredpurse with lots of accessories Lots of stitches in this little thing, too!
