The candidates selected for the post of Assistant Manager (Finance) and DGM (HR)
on direct recruitment basis are requested to report to this office on any working day
between 21.07.11 to 26.07.11 from 0900 hrs to 1200 hrs for their medical examination with
6 recent passport size photographs and all original documents of qualification and
experience. On being found medically fit, the candidates have to join DMRC within 10 days
period. However, the result for reserved category post will be provisional and subject to the final
outcome of the WRIT Petition No. 7878/2010 ( Sarv Rural & Urban Welfare Vs UOI & others)

For candidates found suitable on deputation basis, letter for deputation is being sent
to their respective organizations. Their induction on deputation is subject to their D&AR/
Vigilance clearance.

Surety Bond: The candidates selected on direct recruitment basis for the post of
Assistant Manager (Finance) and DGM (HR) will have to execute a surety bond of ` 1,50,000/-
and ` 2,00,000/- respectively to serve the corporation for a minimum period of three years and
also a three months prior notice, will be required before seeking resignation from the
corporation.

No candidates have been found suitable for the post of GM/S&T, GM/Civil and
Manager (HR). The results for screening for the post of GM/HR, GM/F & DGM/F is under
finalisation and will be issued shortly.
