Kerosene Test is a specific test to find out leakage on root.

To perform kerosene test u need


to spray kerosene on root surface from side of joint. On the other side you need to apply
white chock or white powder. Once sprayed kerosene, wait up to 30 minutes minimum
(other recommendations 3hrs, 4hrs, 8hrs and 24hrs) and check other side white surface. If
there are any kerosene leaks, you'll see marks on white surface (visually dark wet spots).
Then we can consider that area as Defective Area.

If kerosene is not allowed from environment or safety reasons you can use Warsol (kerosene
like light gravity solvent/liquid).
