DAYDREAM - GOVERNOR
A political looking Kitty stands next to the
governor as an official in a judge's robe swears
him in. A huge audience watches. Lush, green trees
dot the background.

KITTY (V.O.)
What's he the governor of?

BRIAN (V.O.)
The Caribbean.

The official's robe becomes a tropical shirt. The
trees become palm trees.


EXT. ALMOST DESERTED ISLAND BEACH - DAY
The governor, in dirty, ragged clothes, stands
behind a crudely built podium made of driftwood,
"Campaign Bahajamuda 2020" carved across the front.
Five beach bums his audience -- sit on rocks.
Kitty, in rags, is in the middle of the "crowd."


GOVERNOR
Help me help you. At just one-half
square mile, our island may be small,
but she's an island with heart. We
will thrive as we build for our
future. Twenty-twenty, twenty-twenty...

The bums chant along with the governor. One bum
jumps up, firewalks across hot coals. Kitty folds
to the ground in hysterics. They ignore her.
