 If you still haven't tried suspension training, it is time you learn! You're killing two birds with one stone by hitting specific body parts and your core. Any athlete will benefit from TRX training. Who would have thought moving your own body weight could be so challenging? Another great thing is that you can travel with a TRX Suspension Trainer if you are on the go. All you need is a solid place to suspend it and then get to work! I started working with a TRX about three years ago and have noticed significant changes in my core strength. It helps with overall balance, core and whatever body part you choose to blast! Try the following exercises to not only sculpt your upper body but to also give you the abs  you have been dying for.

Try each of the listed exercises in a super-set fashion. Do 12-15 reps for a total of 4 sets. Once you have finished one rotation take a 30 second rest and repeat. You should be shaking to the core once you are finished!
