Ninety sex workers most of them are Mon from Mon state were rescued fromThailand and four of them died of HIV while eight of them have suffered from HIVpositive, thank to secret social workers organizations base in southern Thailandincluding Mon Buddhist Monks.“They have deeply cried after they knew their real situation which cannot be changedand they felt much more depression,” Ko Minn Pain, a social worker from socialfoundation said. “Uncle, I want to call to my parent in Burma and I want to hear theirvoice,” one of the ethnic Mon from twelve of them said. It means she want to tell toher parent about her real life or real situation from hospital before she die.According her witness of situation, Thai human traffickers gang sold her to motelwhere she spent time since last year and she got HIV virus after five months. She saidher human smugglers or human traffickers from Burma did not know that situation.
