ORDER
------------
The court has considered relators motion for emergency stay. The motion
is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ordered that respondents July 22, 2014 order to
produce the documents identified therein, in cause number 96-268349-13, styled
Kevin McConnell and Alesia McConnell, individually and as next friend of Lucas
McConnell v. Ethan Couch, Frederick Couch, Tonya Couch, and Cleburne Metal
Works, LLC d/b/a Cleburne Sheet Metal pending in the 96th District Court of
Tarrant County, Texas, is stayed until further order of this court. See Tex. R.
FILE COPY
App. P. 52.10(b). It is further ordered that respondents May 29, 2014 order in
the same cause is stayed until further order of this court. See id.
The clerk of this court is directed to transmit a copy of this order to the
attorneys of record, the trial court judge, and the trial court clerk.
