SUBJECT MATTER: Public hearings on telecommunication tower applications (2)
 
DEPARTMENT HEAD COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATION:
(A)
 
At
6 p.m.
, the board is scheduled for a public hearing on the telecommunication tower application from Cellco Partnership. The
180’ foot monopole tower is proposed for a site off Bud Perry Road,
near Windy Gap Road in the Franklin Township. The subject  property is owned by Todd Mason. The property is located just past 144 Bud Perry Road. A copy of the permit application is attached for your information
, as well as a letter of “Determination of No Hazard to Air Navigation” fr 
om the Federal Aviation Administration. County Planner Matt Mason can provide additional information at the meeting. A hard copy of the site plan will also be available at the meeting. (B)

, the board is scheduled for a public hearing on the telecommunication tower application from Tower Engineering Professionals.
The 180’ foot monopole tower is proposed for a site at
2533 West Old Murphy Road, in the Cartoogechaye Township. The subject property is owned by Brian Borchers. A copy of this permit application is also attached, and Mr. Mason can address any questions at the meeting. A hard copy of the site plan will be available as well.
