because it leads to a stifle in innovation;
therefore consumers need to avoid seeing them as
the cheaper alternatives,
as it also poses threats to their privacy.

Software piracy slows the economic
growth rates of developing.
Billions in additional revenue, equivalent to
thousands of possible jobs, are lost every
year, resulting in unemployment rise.
Companies cant develop better product
due to the high cost in combating piracy.

SOLUTION
Consumers should start looking into
affordable or free-sourced softwares
Bundle unlimited downloading service with
ISP subscription.
Pay for products by instalment.
Use legal file sharing services.
VISUALIZE
Increases the risk of identity theft and other
personal risks
Unlicensed users are deprived of the basic
protections offered by properly licensed software
Downloading files illegally have a risk of viruses and
Spyware!
Piracy can expose end-users to potential risks of
identity theft if criminals who sell counterfeit
software CDs obtain a buyer's name, address, credit
card and other information during purchase.
