Deliverables:
Organizational Assessment: Identify and hire independent firm for external DSD review. Recommend 2-3 scenarios for structure that enable reform, long-term strategic plan achievement.
HR Review: Comprehensive understanding of barriers imposed by charter, ordinance, and policy; mitigation recommendation.
Recruitment: Identify and hire a transformational leader committed to 4+ years of service while maintaining candidate confidentiality,
DSD Task Forces: Deliver recommendations related to training, wellness, discipline, and policy & procedure to Executive Steering Committee, which will then deliver to third party vendor.
Communications: Internal and external change management related to this effort so that employees and constituents are informed and included.
