In this unpublished decision, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) remanded for further consideration of the respondent’s request for a continuance in light of evidence submitted on appeal that his wife had become a U.S citizen, and because the immigration judge previously gave the respondent only two days to prepare his request for a continuance. The decision was written by Member Ellen Liebowitz and joined by Member Michael Creppy and by Member Hugh Mullane.
