i had a small pkgd shipped to me from heartland america,it must have arrived on11/24/08 in the evening packadge was to be put on my porche but was on the ground in my driveway where it could have been stolen.the adress is 13229 melissa hts.gonzalesla..70737,traccing no.1z 560 023 03 7264 8364.i really dont think much f a driver that is so damn lazy he cant walk 30 feet and put it n the porch i had caught him i would have taught him a lesson.so clean up your act .leo kling jr.a very unhappy customer

I recently had a 22lb box delivered to address in Youngstown, Ohio....when delivered it weight 2LBS....that's 20 lbs of stuff MISSING....thry slipped their hand thru the top of the box and pulled the stuff out....The flaps on the box at the end were turned up.....you could plainly see what they did....I now have a claim in...but, was told by UPS store it will take forever to get my money....WHY....I paid for shipping and Insurance...and size of box....I have nothing and one of your THIEFS>>>>>has my stuff and I have NO MONEY for what the STOLED....this is right down clear that you do not SCREEN>>>>>your employees. Now I have to ship more boxes and I had to write down everything in the boxes and how much they cost, save all the receipts....which I would have any way...SPEND a FORTUNE on TAPE ...so I can double all openings etc. etc. etc...SAME on YOUR COMPANY...I sure this will go no where...Just want others to know what you are ALL ABOUT.....THEIVES...
