The International Floorball Federation launched theDevelopment program in 2006 and this seminar isthe first of its kind in New Zealand. It is built on the“Train the Trainer”-approach, including two differentblocks, one for Coaching and one for Refereeing.The course consists of a combination of theoreticallectures, practical training sessions, group worksand hand-on training and match observation duringthree days.The seminar is a joint event with the WellingtonFloorball Club organising the venues and the IFFsupplying the educational materials and thelecturers at the seminar at their cost. The Seminarprogramme has been highly successful in assistingthe development of Floorball throughout the worldwith seminars held in a number of countries.
