Prana es una palabra en sánscrito que hace referencia a "lo vital", la fuerza de
las cosas vivas y la energía vital en el proceso natural del universo. Prana del
sánscrito “respiración (de la raíz “llenar, cognate del latín plenus “llenar”)

Prana is a sanscrit word, it is the notion of a vital, life-sustaining force of living

beings and vital energy. Prana is the Sanskrit for "breath" (from the root prā "to
fill", cognate to Latin plenus "full").

De forma práctica, se puede explicar de diferentes formas, como por ejemplo,

los sentimientos fisiológicos de hambre, sed, calor o frío.

Being practical can be explained in several ways including

physiological feelings like being hungry, thirsty, hot or cold.

Todos los sentimientos o energías que aparecen o fluyen en el cuerpo, pueden ser
interpretados como una evidencia de que el prana está ahí, ya que es lo que
distingue a un cuerpo vivo de uno muerto. Cuando un ser vivo muere, el prana o
fuerza vital escapa por sus orificios y poros.

All feelings or energies showing up or flowing in a body evidences that prana is

there making a difference between bodies that are death or alive. Prana or vital
life is released through the orifices and pores when a living being die.

Nadis-channels
In Yoga, the three main channels of prana are the Ida, the Pingala and the Sushumna. Ida
relates to the left side of the body, terminating at the left nostril and pingala to the right side of the
body, terminating at the right nostril. In some practices, alternate nostril breathing balances the
prana that flows within the body. When prana enters a period of uplifted, intensified activity, the
Yogic tradition refers to it as Pranotthana.

Pranayama
Pranayama is the practice in which the control of prana is achieved (initially) from the control of
one's breathing. According to Yogic philosophy the breath, or air, is merely a gateway to the world
of prana and its manifestation in the body. In yoga, pranayama techniques are used to control the
movement of these vital energies within the body, which is said to lead to an increase in vitality in
the practitioner. However, intensive practice of these techniques is not trivial.

Es la práctica por la que se logra el control del prana (al principio) desde el control de la propia
respiración. Según la filosofía del Yoga la respiración, o el aire, es un escape al mundo del prana y
su manifestación corporal. En yoga, se usan las técnicas de pranayama para controlar el
movimiento de estas energías vitales dentro del cuerpo, y se dice que conducen a un aumento dela
vitalidad del que practica, sin ser, sin embargo vital la práctica intensiva de estas técnicas

 Pranashakty
Pranashakty means the primordial cosmic energy inherent in breath.(Prana is the Sanskrit for
"breath" and Shakty or shakti means sacred force or empowerment, is the primordial cosmic
energy[7] or is the cosmic connection through breath. Connecting this link can make profound
transformations a human being.

“respiración” y Shakty o shakti significa fuerza sagrada o cesión de poderes, esla energía cósmica
