THE CHALLENGE The proven key to success in reducing endemic malaria is widespread populaton coverage with more than one eectve malaria control interventon. Employing this strategy in the Katakwi District of Uganda--one of the most burdened regions of East Africa--we are seeking to halt transmission, save lives, reduce the economic burden of malaria, and leverage the work for contnued advocacy for increased malaria control across all of Uganda.
