The Park Hotels, located in Bangalore, Chennai,
New Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Kolkata, and
Visakhapatnam, are a collection of premium
boutique hotels in India managed by Apeejay
Surrendra Hotels. The hotels have achieved
global standards of product quality and service
excellence over 35 years of industry experience.
A destination of choice for corporate and leisure
travellers from India and abroad, these hotels,
due to their downtown location, give easy
access to key commercial & entertainment
districts.

PARK
The Park, Kolkata opened for business on November 1,
1967 with 150 rooms. The following year a beautiful
beachside hotel The Park, Visakhapatnam became the
group’s second hotel and the first deluxe hotel of Andhra
Pradesh. The Park, New Delhi was launched in
November 1987, in the heart of the Capital on
Parliament Street with 224 rooms. The Park, Bangalore,
an urban retreat, with 109 rooms was launched in 2000
in the Silicon City of India. The Park, Chennai, an urban
haven of 215 rooms, located on Anna Salai in the heart
of the business district of Tamil Nadu's vibrant capital
was launched in May 2002. The Park Navi Mumbai, an
80-room hotel, providing a contemporary and elegant
setting for both business and pleasure was launched in
February 2007. It defines a new vision of service and
style to Navi Mumbai.

KOLKATA, 12 JUNE, 2007: The Park Hotels is the
winner of 2007 Gallup Great Work Place Award,
by the Gallup Organisation USA. At a glittering
ceremony held at Washington DC on the
evening of 11 th June, 2007, the award for The
Park Hotels was received by Vijay Dewan,
Managing Director, The Park Hotels.
On this occasion, Mr. Dewan said, “The Park
Hotels' record of commitment to creating an
engaged culture both for customers and
employees in a past few years is a great success
story. This award is the recognition of the team's
continuous efforts to be world class. My
congratulations to each and every member of The
Park Hotels family for making this great
achievement possible.”
 The Gallup Great Workplace Awards are based on the
most rigorous workplace research ever conducted. The 12
award-winning organizations were evaluated by a panel of
workplace experts. The Park Hotels is among the winners
because their results demonstrate they have one of the
most productive and engaged workforces in the world.

Gallup Organisation USA nominated The Park Hotels as

one of the less than 20 clients for Gallup's inaugural Great
Workplace Award for employee engagement. The Park
Hotels achieved a Grand mean score as high as 4.21
against a qualifying score of 4.15.
THE PARK – NAVI MUMBAI
 The Park, Navi Mumbai, an urban getaway, is only one
hour drive from the domestic airport. Located in CBD
Belapur with stunning views of hills and lush green foliage,
this is the sixth hotel of the group.

The 80-room hotel provides a contemporary and elegant

setting for both business and pleasure. The interiors mix
traditional Indian patterns and textures with clean lines and
modern shapes, bringing together East and West and
fusing technology with local crafts. It defines a new vision of
service and style to Navi Mumbai.

till the wee hours of the morning, a Sit Down
