With multiple brands in our portfolio, we now do businessin over 140 countries and have emerged from a tractor and combine business into a leading technologyprovider, competing in virtually all segments. Because of our success, the success you contributed to,the need to adapt to change has become inevitable.
A decision for our future.
Some time ago, we announced a decision to reduce the number of brands we offer. By focusing ourresources on fewer, stronger brands and product lines, we can foster stronger dealers and bring moreinnovation to key areas for our customers. In the end, our decision had to be made in the spirit of becominga better company. A more productive resource. And a nimble partner structured to answer your continuallyevolving needs.While the specific timing has not been determined, we have decided to phase out the familiar orangetractors sold under the AGCO brand. Let me assure you that this decision was anything but easy.Given the significance of “orange paint” in our company, we had to consider its impact on our employees,our AGCO dealers – and most important of all – customers like you.

We are working withAGCO dealers on a plan to transition them over time to Massey Ferguson dealerships, or in some casesChallenger. Either way, AGCO is committed to providing you with comparable models – in most casesbuilt on the same platform as your AGCO tractor – that will provide you with choices you'll find everybit as satisfying.
