CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 egg
Mix cake as directed. Combine cream cheese with sugar, beat in
egg and salt. Stir in chips. Pour cake into cupcake holders. Drop
cheese mixture by rounded teaspoons on top of cake mix. Bake at
350 degrees until done. Ice with chocolate icing.
CREAM CHEESE ICING:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) box confectioners' sugar, sifted
Combine butter, cream cheese and vanilla in small
bowl. Cream well. Add sugar gradually, beating until
smooth. If mixture is too thick, add small amount of
milk to thin.
