On the 11

of August a small group of anorchestra called ‘Outreach’ came to ourschool from Christchurch. They performed a lot of songs that someof us new.My favourite song was ‘The Pink Panther’but I also liked ‘Smoke on the Water’. There were 6 people performing for us. They all had different instruments.My favourite instruments would have tohad been the piccolo trumpet and thetrombone. I liked the trombone becauseit has a round pipe sort of thing that youmove up and down, and also it wasdifferent to all of the other instrumentsthere. The piccolo trumpet was also myfavourite because it is so small and thesmaller it is the higher the pitch.
