Apple designed its new operating system with spring-cleaning inmind—ease of use and cleanlinesstopped all requests. And, Stacks isa push broom, dust mop andfluffy duster all wrapped into onesexy housekeeper. Among itscapabilities, Stacks gives users anew “vista” (minus the bugs).Besides the “Fan” and “Grid” view, Apple’s newest trick is the“List” function. Though easilyoverlooked, Leopard lovers theworld over can spot (punintended) this handy tool byclicking on Stacks and scrolling downward. This result is ahighlighting of lists where userscan view the most recentdownloads, files, and subfolders byname, date modified, or a slew of other parameters. Stacks is like adomesticated grimalkin on yourdesktop.

We all know that a sizablecreature such as a Leopard is onlyallowed indoors whenhousebroken. Apple’s TimeMachine is your newspaper to theunforeseen. In fact, Leopardnewest Time Machine might beconsidered the Sunday Gazette of clean up materials. Not only can you can see the Time Machinesymbol on your menu bar, butalso more easily observe the laststage it backed-up your files.The trick is to click on the TimeMachine icon in the menu bar,and then tick the “show TimeMachine status in the menu bar”option.
