First, we would like to apologize for our delay in responding to your last email. Anoversight on our part.Next, we did receive your order (below) and are in process of its fulfillment. We willemail you a .pdf estimate of your order complete with shipping costs for yourapproval before we ship. We expect it to ship by the end of this week after yourreview and approval. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of a change we have made forInternational orders. As of September 15th, for all new wholesale purchases we willneed to impose a $500.00 USD (or greater) minimum per order. This minimumapplies to all new wholesale level customers submitting applications afterSeptember 15th. For existing customers, this imposed minimum will be $250.00until July 1, 2010. To restate this - for you - your minimum per order will be $250.00USD until July 1,2010 which will then change to the $500.00 minimum.At this time, we will need for all international orders to be emailed or faxed. Ouronline system will need a large modification to allow these different minimums percustomer to apply. All of the information we need to process and ship to you is nowon file. You are now setup for the online Wholesale order access.At the homepage – click on the “LOGIN” fill out your login name andpassword – click the Login button and you will go to the storefront page. Youshould now see the “Wholesale” button (top right). Click on this and youshould see the SENSE-ible wholesale selection matrix.
