Subject : Re-allocation of Responsibilities


It is to inform all that as per management decision from now onwards, Mr. Anwarul
Islam, DMD & CD, HRD - Rangs Group will be approving all the CONFIRMATION
cases/issues (after successful completion of probation), with immediate effect.

Please note that this arrangement is in addition to his current responsibilities and is
effective till further notice. However, his salary and other terms and condition of
employment will remain the same.

Everyone is expected to co-operate in order to facilitate the smooth operation of the
group.
