Congratulations to the 35 students who received a LULAC Council 402
Scholarship. We awarded over $25,000 in scholarships! Thank you to HCDE
Trustee Debra Kerner for sponsoring the facility and 3 LULAC Council 402
Members (Dianne Gordon, Herlinda Garcia & Dr. Bob Kimball) for donating the 3
laptop computers to the students.
