What is an HR Audit? 
An audit is a means by which an organization canmeasure where it currently stands and determinewhat it has to accomplish to improve its humanresources function. It involves systematicallyreviewing all aspects of human resources, usually ina checklist fashion, ensuring that governmentregulations and company policies are being adheredto. The key to an audit is to remember it is a learningor discovery tool, not a test. There will always beroom for improvement in every organization.
