prevents over"spray from reaching the clips and has the additional #enefit of limiting open air contact
during the electrolytic process$ With the addition of this final piece to the pu%%le& I #elieve !e have a
completed colloidal silver generator design that guarantees consistent results !ith no undesired side"
processes occurring$

A$ 5uy a gallon of distilled !ater for a#out seventy cents$
:$ 5uy a tiny fish tank #u##ler machine for a#out eight #ucks$ )hey !ill have the neoprene tu#ing
as !ell$ @ou !ill need a#out t!o feet$
+$ 5e sure the coin is sBueaky clean$ 3lamp them to opposite sides of an : o%$ glass of distilled
!ater$
(9$lace the tu#ing to the #ottom of the glass$
(($Fill the glass !ith distilled !ater >*-@ up to the #ottom of the clips$ >ne does not !ant the
metal& from the clips& in contact !ith the !ater& only the coins$

Install the < 3hassis Mount ). 3oa' 3onnectors in the lid so that the electrodes are a#out ( to ( (;?

Install the Stirring Motor in the lid C I used hot glue gun E so that a < inch or so piece of !ire insulation&
off of a piece of (? gauge electrical !ire& can stir freely !ithout hitting the electrodes$ It !ill take trial
and error to determine !here to place the Motor and ho! long to make the stirrer C the stirrer slides
conveniently right onto the shaft of the RS motor E$
@ou no! have your version of a 3S roduction .essel$
2se the Humper leads to attach the D7D 3ell #attery holder !ith #attery C put the potentiometer in the
circuit to control the speed of the stirring E to the t!o connections on the stirring motor$ @ou are no!
the proud o!ner of a !orking 3S stirrer!!
2se more Humper leads to attach the o!er Source C 0"+ volt #atteries E to the t!o electrodes$ Include
the 9"8 73 milliamp gauge or a multimeter into the circuit so you can read the Initial Resistance and
then the final resistance !hen the 3S is done$ When you first put the 7istilled Water into the vessel& the
Initial Resistance should #e a#out K milliamp or lo!er& depending on ho! pure your 7W is$ Run this
setup !ith the stirring motor stirring the 7W until the voltage is #et!een <$6 and <$: milliamps or so$ It
should take a#out ? hours$ I don't have any idea !hat the M of silver this mi'ture has& #ut it has
!orked !onders on many different conditions$ )he 3S should #e clear$

Firstly& I prefer a ( Buart glass mayonnaise =ar !ith a plastic top& I'd #e a little concerned a#out the
metal top of the mason =ar leaching into the silver !ater& =ust my opinion$
My preference for the alligator clips are the plated or stainless steel type to prevent copper from
leaching into the !ater if splashed$
Mentioned in the article #ut not sho!n in the picture: you should add a fish tank '#u##ler' !ith tu#ing&
to the system to keep mi'ing the solution !hile the added o'ygen from the #u##ler helps to keep the
particles small$ Some #re!ers actually ad o'ygen drops to the solution to #reak up the silver particles&
so the added o'ygen #rought in #y the #u##ler is an added #onus& not to mention the mi'ing action that
it provides$ -arger particles can not #e a#sor#ed into the #lood from the lining of the stomach so it is
important to keep the silver particles as small as possi#le$ >nly the smallest particles are effective
against viruses and many #acteria as !ell$
As far as the electrodes go& I prefer using < 3anadian Maple leaf silver /8 pieces placed a#out ($<8D
apart$ )hey are graded at $++++O silver and !ill last for ever$ I #uy them un"circulated and sealed in
plastic #y the mint& from a coin dealer in my area for a#out /A or /: ea$ )hey have much more surface
area than the silver !ires so more is availa#le to conduct electricity and drop silver particles into the
solution$ @ou can either drill holes through the top of the plastic =ar"cover and clip into place from the
outside Cso clips don't come into contact !ith !aterE$ >r as I recently did " drill small holes through the
tops of the coins and run $++++ silver !ires through and stick through the =ar cover to clip leads to$ )he
coins !ill hang from the !ires into the !ater$ 2sing silver !ire to hang off of allo!s the coins to #e
almost completely su#merged Cmore surface areaE$ 5e sure coins are secured so they do not touch
together and short your circuit causing the po!er supply to #lo! out$
When colloidal silver starts #re!ing in the distilled !ater& the !ater has very little conductivity and the
particles #reak off in very small si%es Cmost useful to the #odyE$ As silver starts getting into the !ater&
the !ater #ecomes much more conductive and the particles start getting larger and larger as the !ater
#ecomes more conductive& until you can actually see the particles and they can #ecome huge !hich are
totally useless to the #ody& they call this silver mud Csomething you don't !antE$
@ou need a !ay to monitor this and control the current$ 2sing the plan sho!n on the link& it is good to
ad an amp meter or digital multi"meter that can #e purchased at Wal"Mart for a#out /(A$ Hust connect it
in series !ith the positive lead of your 3S generator$ this can also act as a circuit #reaker in case you
accidentally hit the < leads together$ When you start the #re!ing process your distilled !ater !ill
pro#a#ly read a#out (99u"amps C(;(9 of a milliampE$ @ou !ill see the num#ers on the amp meter rise
as micro particles of silver drops into the solution and the !ater #ecomes more conductive to
electricity$
As the conductivity rises and the num#ers go up on the meter& your particles !ill also get larger$ @ou
need to ad a current limiting device to the circuit$ A potentiometer or varia#le resister !orks okay& #ut
has to #e monitored and manually ad=usted to keep the current do!n$
@ou can automatically control the current #y adding a 'current limiting diode'$ Insert the diode in series
!ith the positive lead of the 3S generator CanodeE& #e sure that the little stripe on the diode is pointing
to!ard the po!er supply side of the circuit and not to!ard the electrode or alligator clip leading to the
electrode$
2sing the current limiting diode !ill allo! the current to maintain at a set amount$ Many people that
#re! their o!n 3S& limit there current to stay under ( ma$ I've done a lot of e'perimenting and actually
prefer keeping the current much lo!er& around ma' $<: milliamps& using a 09.73 po!er supply$ )his
keeps the solution crystal clear& !hich tells me that the end product has e'tremely small particles$ )here
is a slight metallic taste$ @ou kno! the 3S is there #ecause !hen the solution is done& if you
temporarily #ypass the diode you !ill see the !ater conductivity is no! a#out ($< milliamps& (9Qs
greater than at the start$ Results confirmed !ith a W) meter Cmore a#out this laterE$
@ou can purchase various 'current limiting diodes' to keep it at ( milliamps& $8 milliamps& or less& and
e'periment for yourself$ When I run at a ( milliamp limit& I find some larger particles that I end up
having to filter out !ith an un#leached coffee filter$ If not filtered these particles !ill pro#a#ly =ust drop
out of solution after #eing refrigerated for a couple of days& as they are actually not colloidal$ )he lo!er
current prevents the need to filter and lessens the chance of adding contaminants or paper dust to the
solution$
I had trou#le finding these diodes at Radio Shack$ I got the #est price from Mouser$com and the service
!as great$ I plan to #uild my Auto"4od%illa getting most of the parts from Mouser as !ell$ 1ere is a
