To prohibit the use of Federal funds for the Bay Delta
Conservation Plan.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS.

4 No Federal funds made available for fiscal year 2015

5 may be used for the Bay Delta Conservation Plan.
