1. How to use Graphics and Charts.

Open Your Microsoft Power Point , right click the slides on the side bar , find layout then
choose Title and Content.

To use the SmartArt Graphic , do the same way of choosing layout , click the Title and Content
and select Insert SmartArt Graphic .

And then choose the type of SmartArt Graphics that you want.



To use the Bar Chart , select the Insert Chart option beside the Insert SmartArt Graphic option
and choose any chart that you want .

2. How To Running Presentation.

Go to the slide show and choose From Beginning . The slide show of the presentation will be
running automatically.

I had learned on how to use the Microsoft PowerPoint . I also learned on how to make a
presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint .
